Swann blow for England

England spinner Graeme Swann has been ruled out of the first two ODIs against South Africa because of a side strain.

Swann has been struggling and could be joined in the treatment room for Friday's opener by James Anderson, Stuart Broad and Graham Onions.
Kent's uncapped off-spinner James Tredwell has been called into the squad and will fly to South Africa as cover for Swann.

Broad has been having injections in a bid to ease a shoulder problem while Anderson is struggling with knee trouble.
Onions, like all-rounder Paul Collingwood, has a back problem and is a concern although the feeling is he should be fit.
England have previously called seamer Liam Plunkett into the squad as cover.
